I purchased a 5-panel canvas art piece with sawtooth hangars installed. Unfortunately, all 5 of the hangars were on the bottom of the frame, not the top. They were useless and I had to spend additional money to add the hangars on the top of the frames.

I changed my rating but communication is key for me. I made my purchase on Aug 31. Today, Sept. 14, I have had no communication. It says processed, shipped, etc? I should have been given an estimated arrival date. So now I do not know if and when the item is coming. After reaching out to customer service several times, I filed a dispute; that was the only way I got a response from them. My credit card company did not decide against me; I canceled the dispute because I finally got the item. It is nice, my dad like it, the quality is OK.

Mellanie, will you please remove this review now that your credit card company has sided against you? You received e-mail communication from us with a tracking number. The item was also delivered. Rather than directing your confusion about your order to our customer service, where we would have happily answered your questions, you left a negative review here and filed a credit card dispute with your credit card company (which you lost). You ought to remove this false review.
