I had previously ordered through another website and paid $35.00 extra to have them overnighted and never seen a tracking number or anything so I called this company and they informed me that it was going to be at least 2 weeks before I got them. I canceled the order. I found Sport Rx and found the frames I needed called in and talked to Madison. She was fabulous. She not only took my order but before I placed it she made sure That they were in stock. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Madison you are AWESOME!!!

I was a bit hesitant when shopping online for prescription sunglasses but Sport RX made it seamless. I received my gravity shades and they were amazing although too small. I should have investigated sizing more before buying but I was excited lol. I tried wearing them around the house a bit and noticed they just would not work. The next day I made a call and to my amazement they emailed me a return label and put in an exchange for the next size up no questions asked! Phillip from customer service got me squared away in less than 5 minutes and is keeping me informed as the exchange unfolds. Next up, The Boss from WileyX. Top notch product and top notch service. All of the customer service reps from first ordering to exchange were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from them again.
