A frame broke on a pair of prescription sunglasses I had purchased from SportRX. I reached out to see if they could be repaired or replaced. SportRX customer S\service representative promptly replied to my email with a prepaid USPS return shipping. The broken frames were replaced and I had my glasses back in less than a week. Amazing service.

Great product. But, the service was exceptional. I had a nice lady reach out to me by phone from customer service for no other reason than to update me on the progress of my order. This is rare in this day and age. I was able to expedite my shipping for a small fee. Very pleased with the overall experience!

Where they truly excel is their customer service. You can speak with an optician prior to ordering about any concerns. If you have any issues with your glasses, they will do whatever is possible to help you out.
