Joyce in your Customer Service department has made a repeat customer out of me! In my case, that is really saying something because I actually had a really bad order experience. I am today receiving a pair of prescription Oakleys that I ordered over a month ago! But thanks to Joyce's diligence in keeping on top of the status, I know that the delays were not the fault of SportRX. There were delays both due to weather, one at the Oakley lab, and another that caused the (already delayed) order to be lost in shipping! But Joyce took the trouble to call me throughout this, to let me know the status as it unfolded. I'll be back - thank you Joyce to helping me to understand the very unusual circumstances with my order.

I have bought from SportRX on a couple of different occasions. I had never had a problem in the past. This time I had a problem, not because of them, my glasses RX was filled correctly. My doctor transposed the RX. After a 2nd doctor visit, I contacted Sport RX and explained my issue. They gladly offered to remake 2 pairs of glasses at no charge even though the error was not their fault. That is customer service!

I have gone through many many optical from both online and local and I'm glad to say that sportsrx is among the best! Their lens quality is top notch. The customer service is unbeatable and most importantly their opticians knows their stuff. I ordered prescription lenses from them that came in very quickly and very well made. Would recommend!

Team was very helpful in making adjustments needed when I had issues with the initial lenses, they quickly identified the issue and had a them remade and sent out right away, they were very friendly and quick to respond, thank you for the great experience and I am loving my sunglasses a lot now!

I recently had to get glasses for the first time, and it was a challenge to find a pair of sunglasses that worked well for me. I can admit I was not the easiest customer to work with because of my vision needs, but he was patient, presented several options and suggestions and when an option didn’t work, returning was easy and he continued to work to find me the right pair. I now have the perfect set of glasses and I am very thankful the experience. I will be back for my next pair!

I ordered Smith I/O goggles with prescription insert. The team was super helpful, but when the goggles arrived they were not right. Lots of internal reflection between the insert and the goggle lens. I sent them back, and they worked tirelessly to get it right, switched goggles, changed the inserts, and had them rushed back to me in time for a big trip. They stood by their product and did right by the customer - 100%. Very few in store, let alone online, experiences have customer service this good.

I ordered snow goggles with RX and while they were great, they really didn’t match with my snowboarding helmet. I reached out and was impressed by the level of attention and support I have gotten. Sportrx shipped me goggles in another color with overnight shipping for free (i was on a tight schedule before my mountain trip), kept constant communication about the order and were very prompt in solving this for me!
