SportRxReviews of sportrx.com

SportRx is outstanding, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I bought a pair of sunglasses, they didn't fit my face. Called and talked to Mattie and she helped me exchange them for a pair that fits. I was very impressed with how easy it was to do the exchange. My new sunglasses with ship today. Thanks Mattie for taking such great care of my issue.

Top notch. I called them to see how long orders take. At the time I was leaving for a snowboarding trip in 3 weeks. Now I'm down to 5 days. They told me about 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping seemed more of a concern as that could be another 5 days. They suggested I order over the phone as ordering online can be delayed 24 to 48 hours. So she transferred me to a optometrist who took my info, walked me through my options for my Flight deck goggles, and got my order going as fast as possible. I paid extra for overnight delivery and it was worth it. Right on time. My order shipped yesterday and arrived today. I popped them in my oakley flight decks, looked at the time on my stove from a distance in all its blurry glory. Dropped my snowboarding goggles over my face and boom. Clear as day with my sport rx inserts. Will definitely be a repeat customer when my script changes.

The experience I've had with SportRX after multiple orders has been absolutely incredible! I will be only using them for prescription glasses and sunglasses moving forward. I've tried getting prescription lenses done at Costco, Lenscrafters, Europtics, you name it and they have consistently provided either poor product, delivery, quality, or worse yet - customer service. SportRX on the other hand consistently has the best products, quality of lenses, delivery timing, and some of the absolute BEST customer support of ANY brand (not just lens makers). The refund process is simple and easy, the customer support is lightning fast, and the product quality at the end of the day is unbeatable. I HIGHLY recommend using SportRX

I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses with SportRX progressive transition lenses. I used the measurements my optician provided to me but the prescription wasn't right. The customer service folks at SportRX worked with me through two return/re-tries being incredibly helpful and diligent until we got the prescription correct. Can't say enough good things about this company they stand behind their guarantee.

Excellent assistance is selecting my pair of sunglasses. Prompt and courteous response to emails and phone calls. My order arrived earlier than expected and the fit and feel of my Oakley Flak 2.0 XL frames are perfect. As an older road cyclists my needs were for progressive and transition lenses. These sunglasses are performing very well with my prescription and varying sunlight. Highly recommended! Thankful for SportRx service and product.

Wow!!! Absolutely the best customer service I have had online; period. My prescription was off a little on the first go, but I contacted customer service and found out what true customer service is about. Sportrx team went to a different level of customer satisfaction by not only honoring their guarantee but exceeding my expectations including a rush delivery on the corrected product. I highly recommend Sportrx for anyone looking for prescription sport (cycling) glasses. Thank you Sportrx team!! You have a customer for life.

Excellent service is so rare that when you encounter it the experience amazes. SportRX sets the standard for excellent customer service. I will be back. Oscar rocks!

First the service by Danny Delgadillo was excellent. I explained my interest and activities and my restrictions with my prescription and he provided an excellent list of suitable frames to look over. Then he walked me through the lens selection process. Second the lenses SportRX provided are excellent. The clarity and range of field of view is better than I have had in decades. Thirdly the frames...the Smith sunglasses took only a few days to adjust to and it is like I do not have any glasses on at all but see clear. The Oakleys look so cool and never slip. They do not move at all. This frame tech should be on every child's frames because it would change their lives
