Really disappointed by the customer service. Always had the brand in high regard but they need to improve customer care. Bought shoes in the size that I usually buy. However, they don't fit at all and it seems like a need a whole size bigger. It would have been great to know that their shoes tend to run smaller. So now I have to return them, which is not an issue but only after I had requested the return I found out that I have to pay for my own shipping costs. Nothing wrong with that but I have never bought from a company that would not state this clearly in their T&Cs. Please change your T&Cs accordingly!

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe TrangoTech leather gtx, pagate con carta di credito in data 10/01/2024 mai consegnate. A questo punto ho inviato delle mail per chiedere dei chiarimenti in merito ma continuano ad ignorarmi. Ho già perso le speranze di recuperare quanto mi è stato rubato e non vorrei che qualcun altro venisse fregato . Avrei gradito quantomeno una risposta

Nicht mal einen Stern wert! Nach 4 Monaten!!! riss bei der Ferse innen der Stoff auf. Im Fachgeschäft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Schuh wohl sehr viel getragen wurde, .... normale Abnutzung. Keine Garantie, kein Austausch, kein Geld! Nie wieder kaufe ich in diesem Fachgeschäft und auch nie wieder einen Schuh von dieser teuren Marke La Sportiva mit billigster Qualität.

Scarpette skwama difettose, comprate in negozio. Anziché sostituire la scarpetta è stato fatto un rimborso al negozio. Io “il cliente” dopo 3 mesi sono senza scarpette e con un buono da usare per modelli di scarpette che non mi interessano. Il servizio di garanzia se ne lava le mani scaricando la colpa al negozio.

Horable custamer service, they only care of company policy and rools want help for custamer at all , I bought running shoes and be confused with a size , like my 27cm it's 42 EU ask them many times they say Will be OK, so I purchase and they size 42 but fitting like size 41 so it's a extremely small and uncomfortable, no exchange, so if you planing to get a shoes from them on line DONT , try in a shop first , I never back for this company and don't recommend for no one.

Premetto che non sono un principiante in montagna. Scarponi per alta montagna (2 volta sulla cima del Rosa) apparentemente ottimi. Dopo qualche anno la parte posteriore in "plastica" si disintegra... neanche avessi preso delke cinesate. Servizio post vendita prima non rispondeva poi mi dice che non sono in garanzia (oltre 2 anni). Mi spiace ma altre marche (meindl) mi durano da 20 anni e sono ancora perfetti.

Bergschuh gekauft für 450,- , nach 1 Jahr Innere Naht aufgerissen bei 1 Schuh, Reperaturkosten muss man selber tragen keine Garantie. Jeder andere Bergschuh Hersteller hätte diese Reparatur auf Garantie gemacht. Man sollte 2 mal überlegen, bevor man ein Produkt von diesen Hersteller kauft.
