I’ve used Sporeworks exclusively for six years. Maybe two dozen syringes total. Only had a “problem” syringe one time, and they shipped a replacement at no-charge.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL customer service!! Easy to use website & fantastic products! Every item I have purchased from them has turned out to be so much better than products I've tried from others... Any questions I had, their team went above and beyond to help me.... Especially Anita.... I can not give her enough high praise!! She is one of the nicest, charismatic, & genuine people that I have ever come across (& this was only on the phone!)... Yes their products are good enough to keep me coming back, but Anita's personality is so infectious that I am now forever a loyal client! Please keep up the amazing work! (and I hope the owner understands & appreciate the amazing employee you have in Anita. It's extremely difficult to find that in today's world, and that alone is truly something that can set a company leaps and bounds ahead of their competitors! Sporeworks is a great company I find it odd though that a lot of other people’s complaints seem to revolve around cultivation witch is a felony manufacturing a schedule 1 controlled substance so when you write your reviews saying that you failed to grow drugs or they didn’t help you over the phone to grow drugs they don’t wanna be apart of that in anyway as they say on there website oh and be more clean people it’s not hard at all to grow fungus 😭

Outstanding! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable. They are good at responding to voicemails and emails. Product is packaged well. The website is pretty good, easy to navigate and categorized the best way possible. I don't think I'll ever have any issues here. Great, moral, prudent people. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you!

Man. It doesn’t get any better than this. Clean labs, clean specimens, and amazing costumer service. There 30 day return on any product that isn’t completely contaminate free will be compensated with another syringe. Fantastic company and fantastic customer service. I’d visit their labs myself. Hopefully one day I will. Anita is great. Thanks Anita, and thank you to the spore works team!!
