Anita literally saved the day. O was very frustrated and she remained calm with me and got me to order what a saint

Excellent customer service! The customer service rep, Joanna, is truly one of the kindest people I’ve spoken to. Ordering is easy and anxiety-free. The quality of the product speaks for itself, just go to Reddit if you need confirmation on this. An excellent site for those researching mycology!

Made an order online and received a phonecall less than 1 minute after confirming. They were super friendly and my package arrived quickly. For sure will have my business again and i will be recommending them.

Last week, customer service rep Joanna made my experience top of the line. She was efficient, thorough and informative. She should train the rest of the staff to be as conscientious as she is. Will be calling again!

I've had my share of interesting customer service experience with similar retailers (to say the least, sheesh) and was honestly blown away. Joanna was patient, knowledgable, and so down-to-earth. It's nice to do business with a company whose employees genuinely care about their product and the scope of its impact beyond their bottom line. Can't recommend enough!!!

My order took a second but only a second,so all things considered a 5* for that.they accepted cash no hitch there.genitics seem #1 definetly trust this company with your cash, that should say it all...2 thumbs up

If I'm being honest, I shouldn't give it 5 stars just yet as my research isn't complete. BUT, the spore syringes came very quickly. They gave me 14CCs per 10CC syringe which was awesome. Tons of spores in both syringes. A FREE syringe of PF Classic. All around great experience. Assuming my research goes smoothly, as it is so far, Sporeworks will always be my supplier.

Great communication, emailed and called me before I called them. In this case it was welcomed. Email from Sonja was professional, call with Cindy was unexpected but great and professional.
