We understand your frustration. We have seen many delays with packages shipped just before the Holidays as the US Postal Service experienced high volume and staffing shortages due to COVID-19. Many of these delayed packages have just begun to update within their system after having been stuck for several weeks. It appears as though most customers are currently receiving their orders.
