We're very sorry for the difficulty you experienced with your recent order. In an effort to ensure our customers receive packages in a timely manner without difficulty, we require the name of the registered mail receiver to be the same on the package. While you may have successfully received mail under a fake, false, or pseudonym in the past this unfortunately against our shipping polices, as these types of packages are routinely returned to us by the post office as "undeliverable as addressed." We made every effort to contact you promptly to address this situation and ultimately refunded your order in a timely manner. Please note we offer a cleanliness and stability guarantee on all our material, and understand some samples may arrive in undesirable condition after shipping as they can be subject to additional damage or exposure while in transit. Heat, if exposed to high temps, during the summer months, can cause instability in an entire order. If you have found your material to be unsuitable for microscopy, we are happy to replace it free of charge. Contact us using the form on the website and let us know you had difficulty with properly viewing your spore material, or in reply to your order email and let us know your samples were unsuitable for microscopy and we will make arrangements to provide fresh material ASAP. I can assure you = our customer service team is incredibly responsive to phone calls and emails, is it possible you were reaching the wrong number, or attempting to reach the wrong company? It is not uncommon for people to confuse our store with other online vendors. Our phone is: 802-444-0111. We do show an order matching your name in our system, but the USPS tracking number indicates delivery in Colorado on March 30th (would be happy to supply this via PM or direct email, phone, etc). We would love to assist you with your issue, but the data matching your name for the order in our system doesn't match the experience you are sharing via this review.
