This company is absolutely trash I ordered spoons and a slow cooker in March, and I waited and waited and waited... emailed back and forth a few times about the wearabouts of my product only to be told it was pre order and would be shipped in May... so I waited... nothing... then emailed again... they said they had no AU plugs so they had to special order It... still nothing.... they stopped responding so I sent a paypal claim and it was only then that they sent out the shipping.... once I had the shipping it took a week to get to me.... for it to only be the slow cooker and not the spoons... I spent $120 for a bunch of crap really.

I placed an order with Sponilo.com in March/2019 and made a payment of $59. I never received my order. Was told that it was a pre-order, then I was told there was a shortage of material and they were a little behind in shipping out, then I was told not to worry it shipped, then I was told it was destroyed in customs. Customs? They advertised as a USA based company ! Then I was promised a refund. Months later, still no refund and they have cut off all communication with me. They did however respond to my cousin who said he wanted to place a LARGE ORDER with them (he didn’t really want to place an order with them, he just wanted to see if they would respond. They did and said they’d be happy to take his LARGE order ! ) This company is a total scam !!! They are stealing people’s money !!!! BUYER BEWARE PLEASE !!!!!

This place is terrible. I placed an order with them in March and never received it. Now they are not writing me back and won’t give me my refund. Don’t order anything from them.

I ordered March 15. no order has come in yet. its July . I've been emailing them for months now waiting for a reply. and asking for a refund. they have stopped answering. you guys are a horrible company.i want my money back and answer me

I ordered the nightmare before Christmas slow cooker in April,it said 2 to 3 week wait so I waited and heard nothing,I emailed ,they said there was a delay in the orders,I emailed back saying they should keep customers up to date,so still nothing,it was still being advertised on their Facebook page,so I left a comment and sent message via messager and some one said they would look into it,still nothing,no longer replying to my emails or my fb messages Update,I have been sent an order update,it was royal mail awaiting package Now it has been updated again to China postage,so awaiting to see what(it anything) arrives Edit/update A parcel arrived today,it was battered and I could hear that what ever was inside was broken,I have returned it with my postman,unopened,by the look of it everyone who ordered the slow cooker has had the same thing happen as me,to many to be a one off or a coincidence

Ordered a set of two slow cookers in March. Took three months to even get an shipping update and this was after multiple emails enquiring about status or to just cancel the order but was just given excuse after excuse. Finally after three months of no update, I get a tracking number through usps. Tracking number says “usps awaiting package” for over three weeks before there’s an update. Finally almost 4 whole months later I received the package, but then it’s only ONE of the two I order and the box is completely damaged and the slow cooker isn’t even the same color as on the site OR even the box it came in and it’s 4 quarts not 7! Email them and ask where is the second one and they send me a fedex tracking number that shows “shipping label created” May 21st! No update on the tracking number as of this day. Email again asking what the hold up is three days ago and get a response of “I’ll look into it” and haven’t heard back since! This site is a total scam and if you do even receive what you order it’s not even worth the price or time you wait.

I ordered from them March 15th it is now June 20th and all I have is a bogus FedEx tracking number. I have emailed them multiple times to be told they cannot refund my money because it has already shipped. According to FedEx a label was created but they never received a package. I informed them of this and they said they would get back to me and have not. So I am out $80. Phone number on their website had been disconnected as well. This is a scam
