The representatives that helped me through this process were outstanding. No fault to theirs because the process did take a bit longer than what I expected but they all came through for me and my family. They were very patient and understanding when we had to work with a third-party company, a solar company that was not responding as fast as we wanted them to. At the end of the day they we were able to get the amount that we wanted and we closed this deal on time and if there is one thing that I would change it will be, to tell or ask all the potential customers if they have a solar company that may be involved to get that process started immediately because they could drag their feet in this process. I would like to thank Alex M., Alex D., Brandi B., Staci H., Rachel, Emily L. and again for the outstanding efforts that they put into this process to make it happen.
