I will admit the wait time was long. Once things began, the process was smooth. Alex kept me informed and was very responsive to any questions I had. From the first telephone contact I had with a Splitero representative, the experience was always positive. My phone calls were returned in a timely manner, so I never felt that I was left hanging. I was told from the begining that it would be a lengthy process, but was always kept up to date in the process. All agents were helpful and friendly.
