I applied around Aug 23rd, 2026 and was contacted by their Home Advisor Najee M. & from beginning to end he was always checking in with me. The Loan Processor Cindy S. was top notch also. Both made a few bumps get ironed out quickly. I quickly tried getting them any missing info that was needed. Everyone working together with a good attitude made it go smoother. The appraisal Associate helped alot. I just signed the closing documents today and the Notary Tiffany was a pleasure to work with also. Every person I was in contact with was very kind & helpful & thorough. Kudo's of course to people behind the scenes I didn't have actual contact with but still had a hand in the transition going as quickly as possible. Atlas Title - Julie was very helpful also. This company should be very proud of all their immediate employees above and their third party people. I thank this company for being there for me also.

Although it took longer than expected, I am overall very happy with the results and the help I received to obtain an HEI loan. The payments were made on the date they told me they would be paid and I'm very happy about that.
