Splitero is awesome!! I applied 2 other HEI companies before Spiltero. They gave me the runaround for months and kept requesting the same documents multiple times. Splitero was all over it. They retrieved info from county records I didn't need to do it for them like their worthless competitors. They also offered me more cash out than the others. The experience was quick and easy. They were very nice to converse with as well and keep me in the loop at the precise time needed. Answered all my inquires and I had many. I am an active Real Estate Agent and former loan officer with expertise in mortgage industry and I would recommend Spiltero to anyone who does not have enough equity for a reverse mortgage or cannot qualify for cash out refi.
