First and foremost, thank you to Trevor and Eddie. Trevor was amazing. He helped me all the way until Eddie took over which was the best experience anyone could have in such a life-changing process. Eddie is efficient, educated and relatable in every aspect of his job and personality. When I felt, I didn’t know what I was doing. He made sure to explain everything as many times as I needed to move forward he was consistent and caring. They were on top of their game at every turn. In my position this loan was perfect but it’s not for everyone. They estimate the value of your home low to have a larger percentage of equity value. That’s the only thing I did not like. The service was very good.
