Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for the fact that your experience with Split Drop did not meet your expectations. In this case, the advertiser did not pay any of their leads due to going bankrupt. This is 100% out of Split Drop's control and is a rare situation. We truly apologize for the inconvenience. Chris

We sent a detailed list of all transactions that reversed from MM Wall via their advertisers. You did have transactions from Lootably that weren't reversed and thus the $3 in your account which were paid. We apologize for any frustrations these reversals caused you. Chris

We do not require confirmation of Identity. People who use VPN / Proxy to access Split Drop are automatically suspended. But, if a person feels that this was in error, we give a user a chance to KYC their account and we will unsuspend them.

We do pay for referrals but the users you refer need to "Cash Out" at least $5 which triggers you getting paid. Looks like from all the users you referred, no money was made.

Alex - Use of Proxies, VPN, Datacenters, Emulators or any other way to mask where you are accessing Split Drop from is against our terms of use. We offered you to KYC your account for validation purposes which will enable you to proceed forward. We don't gather any information on users besides 1. Their Email to create their account 2. Phone number to validate an account Not sure how we would steal anyone's information but I am guessing it is the surveys you did for cash. All surveys you do are via 3rd parties survey providers. Split Drop has no insight into any data you voluntarily give to them. If you want to use Split Drop, you need to follow the rules.

Kerrie - Use of Proxy Servers to access Split Drop is against our Terms of Use. To prove you are from where you say you are, every Get Paid To (GPT) site request KYC. If you want, you can also choose to hold your withdrawal for 45 days since some people, like yourself, don't want to share. Once transactions have been paid by our offer partners then users have no issues withdrawing.
