THINK AGAIN BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICE, I GOT SCAM WORTH $10K. This is reply to their statements on my previous review. 1) I made five reviews on Trust Pilot, dated back to 3rd Nov 2021. None has had any response from your company. 2) BBB has not refused my report. They said they hit rock bottom trying to communicate with your company. The same experience I have. I have proof of email from BBB stating this, and it appear in the business's BBB Reliability Report. 3) I also have evidence from Jacksonville City Council stating that Splice Packaging phone is can't be contacted, and their letter sent to your address was undelivered. 4) You are not only incompetent in dealing with complaints but also a liar. I did not use stolen cards. They were my cards. They have my name on it and the bank who issuing the card can produce statements for evidence. 5) I have a separate social media account dedicated to dealing with complaints. I'm not a scammer, your company is! 6) I am happy to provide for anyone who wishes to see the record of my attempts to communicate with this scam company that has been ongoing since November 2021, to no avail. To date, I still have not received the refund I requested. 7) Soon I will create a thread on twitter about this fraud and share the link here. I will post all of the historical chat & email with Splice, also statement from the bank, BBB, and Jacksonville City Council. So that everyone will find out who is the liar and twisted the facts.

Dear Ant, Thank you for responding back. We would only like to tell you keep going with your fraudulent activities. It is very hard to say that every other person from USA contacted you but didn't purse anything with us because they know who we are and how transparently we work. To prove your innocence you don't need to write speeches on platforms, you come up with evidences. But for a habitual scammer it is very necessary to keep him/herself clean for next target. But thank God authorities helped us and saved us from your treacherous trap and becoming scapegoat and gave us the idea that how habitual you're for using fake accounts to give negative reviews for companies and then force them later. Just wanted to tell you if you're that innocent and clean provide these evidences to authorities who are trying to assist you. We are not keyboard warriors like you so it is clear why we can't write speeches each time you make provocative statements to get going the conversations. May God help us all. Regards, Emily
