SCAM ALERT - Buyer Beware - I'm confused by good reviews, perhaps this company did business at some point, but now you'll see images from Amazon of your package at an apartment door in Florida, and you'll never ever see your goods or get a reply. ABSOLUTE FRAUD BEING COMMITTED BY THIS BUSINESS.

I have been trying to contact them for the tracking info of my shipment for over two weeks. I have called, emailed, and contacted them through the whats app number. Only once did I reach a person on the phone who promised a response, but nothing. I am out $600 in shipping fees, plus the value of the items in the box. I will be filing with small claims court, filing a police report for the stolen items, and requesting the shipping costs back from my credit card if I do not hear from anyone in 48 hours from now.

Great work. There is an improvement in the speed of displaying parcels in the customer's account, where I was notified by Amazon to deliver the shipment at 2:21 pm, United States Eastern Time, after which I received an email from Splice Packages telling me to receive the shipment at 3:32 pm. This speed is excellent. I recommend using this company for shopping and shipping and I will try the other features.

Worst online experience of my life. SplicePackage does not ship anything It's almost 3 months they have received my package and I have contacted them more than 100 times(really!) but they don't care at all.. First they wasted more than a month by telling me it's not possible to shipping by aramex, then I asked to ship by fedex and from then they even don't have a excuse. Usually they don't answer and in rare moments that they respond, they give you a nonsense answer. I spend more than 500$ and my package still is there and I'm really hopeless I don't know what to do at all. If you want to ruin your mind and career give your parcel to them. My shipment ID is 61185171 and I'll update if anything happens

It is a company with great customer service who will see on all your query. They helped my older brother ship his goods despite the difficulties the company faced due to the hurricane. We wish them success and that their services improve for the better.

It is an excellent company that provides some free services, including free storage and the establishment of the free account, and they also have great customer service.

This is an update to a review I wrote below. A customer of mine tried to use this service to send a package to Dubai. The person at Splice Packages has taken the package and then after a few delay emails of "We have your package but are just loading it to the system' or "you have loaded the information wrong" are now not responsive. I understand the police are investigating them but can't locate the responsible people. They are criminals, and should not be trusted or believed. Do not use this service.

Avoid at all costs. This company is unethical. They refused to send me back my items after charging an exorbitant shipping fee and when it arrived I discovered through fedex that they chose to have me pay extra for the customs documents. Disgusting experience. They refused to send me my items domestically because they were afraid I was a "scammer ". The irony..

Hello Babakar, Sorry to hear about the inconvenience you had to face with your shipment. Please Note it is mentioned clearly in our Terms & Conditions that we do not support domestic shipments except for our business customers nor we ship packages to other package or freight forwarding companies. As per our investigation the address you shared for the domestic shipment belongs to another freight forwarder. This is why we did not entertain your request for shipping items domestically. In regards to your concern related to paying extra for customs clearance, please be very clear that custom rules are regulations vary from country to country and Splice Packages has nothing to do with Customs Rules Regulations of individual country's, neither we promise to do so. This is up to users if they would like to get their items cleared from customs by themselves or if they allow their carrier to deal with customs on their behalf. Splice Packages only helps shoppers around the globe in Receiving, Repacking, and shipping from USA to their desired address with their desired shipping carrier that you select while scheduling your shipment. We hope it clarifies your concerns and this information helps you with your future purchases from USA. Regards,
