I found this website on line, I had some questions so I gave them a call. This phone representative was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was so happy with my order that I placed another order the next day because the pricing and the products were unbelievable. Again I cannot say enough about the customer service I got a different representative and they were just as wonderful as the last one I spoke to. Both went out of their way to help me through my order and offer the best product for my needs not to mention I got my order the very next day both times. I am so happy with my experience that I would recommend this company to anyone who values good product and service.

ORDERED TWO (2) MESH FLOATS . . . . WEBSITE IDENTIFIED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WAS SHIPPED ON A TIMELY BASIS! . . . . . WHAT ELSE COULD I ASK FOR?

The chair was very sturdy but very difficult to put together. The bars did not line up with the sides. We put it together on a Saturday and could not get any help till Monday. Would recommend putting it together Monday through Friday.

Quality was poor. Holes were not aligned, making it very difficult to try to put together. Also, "fabric" cover was very thin and seemed to be of poor quality. After two people worked together trying to put it together all afternoon with no positive results, we emailed the company and requested that it be returned postage paid. They first questioned whether we had opened it. (Duh? How would we know if it was such poor quality if unopened?) Then they said we can only return it if we pay the postage. That is not acceptable. They are the ones selling poor quality merchandise and should pay for its return. The cost of postage will be half of the cost of the original merchandise. Won't order from this company again.

the order was filled quickly and delivered fast.

We called with a question and got a return call which is rare with most companies. We placed our order and it got here very quickly. And--everything came as ordered. Great company to do business with. Will definitely use again.

Your customer representative asked all of the questions asked, explained the delivery from the perspective of time, and was very friendly in her manner. Along together a pleasant experience. Your representative's professionalism would be a significant factor in my consideration to do business with this company in the future.

All the info right up front, quick check out quick delivery. SUPER JOB.
