Ordered Sunday , had it on Tuesday !

Splash super center has good products at unbeatable prices I saved 60.00 for pool closing supplies verses local pool company's and shipping was free and arrived right on time I will be doing a lot more shopping here.

Ordered the 20 year pool cover. Looks good, not as Hefty as the last one i had. We'll see. Arived in 2 days

Good product. However, the information I was given was for a Saturday delivery. When it was not delivered Saturday, the logical conclusion was Monday. However, it was not delivered Monday either. Delivery was late Tuesday. Essentially, this shipment had a two day commitment which took 6 days. And to make matters worse, there was no communication this would be delayed yet package was tagged with a Tuesday commitment label. Clearly this is not satisfactory.

I was looking for a pool cover. I went online and found Splash Super Center. I found the pool cover I wanted. I received it in just a few days. My luck, I found a factory defect in the cover. I contacted customer service and told them of the defect. I was ask to take a picture of the damage and e-mail it to them. After e-mailing the photo to them it was only about 15 minutes until I received a call from them. They apologized for the damage and advised that they would be sending me another cover. In just a couple days it arrived. This company has the best customer service of anyone I have dealt with in the past. I will definitely purchase other items from them. I would also recommend them to others. Thanks for your great products and customer Service.

Site was easy to use and the stuff I ordered arrived a day ahead of time. Great service.
