Package was damaged. koozie was damaged badly. Will need to let the float straighten out before seeing any damage.
Package was damaged. Kookier did not make the trip- badly damaged. Will inspect float better after letting it get to shape after unpacking.

Very prompt and exactly as stated.
It arrived very quickly and two days later my two grandsons (12&14) and I installed it with almost no problems. Our only slow down was the cable being installed. I changed my mind and we rerouted it so the cable was on the outside of the cover most of the way around. The two young helpers really came through when we actually set the cover.

Disappointed
If there is one thing that Splash Super Center did well was fill orders quickly and respond to some initial issues I had. After that the honeymoon was over. The Good: After my initial order, one of the water tubes leaked immediately. I notified SSC and they promptly replaced it. The Bad: I had several other tubes stark leaking shortly after that which obviously creates problems with trying to keep your cover one. I also had problems with my mesh cover holding water. This didn't seem to match up with the specifications of what I had ordered. The Problem: I sent an email with my frustrations and got no response. I would have been nice to at least get acknowledge but I got nothing. I would have been great to hear from someone who acted like they cared and would work with me to try to make things better. I guess there is still time but you know what they say about first and second impressions. At this point I don't anticipate purchasing from SSC again.
