FedEx left our packages out by the garage in the rain. The boxes were destroyed and left a mess. We have a large covered front porch so there is no excuse except laziness on the part of the delivery driver. Other shipping options would be appreciated.

Good customer service on pool ocver.
No complaints whatsoever. An excellent sale price on the pool cover, the internet ordering process was simple, I received it promptly, and while the package was a bit beat up there was no damage to the contents. The product was exactly as advertised and expected (I ordered the same product from Splash Super Center a number of years back, and the quality of the new version seems up to par.)
