Splash Super Center shipped my order immediately via priority mail and it arrived quickly. My only complaint is they advertise "free shipping" but then charge a handling fee which is equivalent to what shipping would cost.

Found SSC online and to find out it is located in the next town over from me... Only thing I don't like is you can't pick up what you purchase... Although I did receive my order the very next business ship per via FedEx...

I purchased a pool cover with a 20 year warranty at a premium price. When I asked about the expected life of the cover I was told it was approximately 3 to 50 years and not the 20 years advertised. I also ordered a cover with grommets in order to secure the cover (in addition to using weights) in order to hold the cover down. I was told that using the grommets would void the warranty. The cover has not been installed yet but it seem very light and may have a limited durability life. I hope I'm wrong.

Bought my 12'pool cover on Wednesday, it was here on Saturday the same week. Solid construction. Easy to navigate website.
