I also wish I read this before making a purchase, which I still have not received but have been charged for. Have talked with customer service and they seemed polite and helpful. Since making this purchase I have had so many fraudulent emails with charges for things I did not purchase, trying to get more of my personal information. More charges were on my card today and they are being investigated by my company. BEWARE!!!

What a scam. Their web site basically forced me into buying two bags of splash foam. I emailed and called and was eventually promised a $20 refund. I received a $18 refund and am now being told they won't pay the $2. It's not about the money, it's about the principal. And the stuff doesn't work any better than my regular toilet cleaner. Still have to scrub. Lies, misinformation, and not a very good product.

It does not work. Only cleans the bottom half of the bowl. When I contacted them about it their response was "A non-foaming batch must have slipped through quality control. Here's how you can make a scouring paste out of it. Or, your water must be to soft." What a rip off. They didn't even offer to send me a replacement, and no offer of a refund. I just read their return policy and in order to return it, it must not be opened. IF THAT'S THE CASE HOW DO YOU KNOW IF IT WORKS? I must recant some of my review. After this post they offered me a partial refund. I don't know how much and I haven't gotten it yet. Time will tell. It still doesn't work like they say.

If I could give it a 0 rating I would. You can't give it rating on their own page. I gave it a valient try, twice. It will clean a toilet...with a toilet brush. It never foamed up.

Didn't even complete the transaction and yet they charged me. I'm waiting for the refund let's see what happens. I can't believe they placed a fraudulent charge.

It sucks! Not like it's described at all! Used it 2x today and still have to scrub and it never bubbled above the water line after an hour. Never again!!!

I wish I had found this site before making the purchase, (I had used the washing machine tablets that were great) I’ve NOT received yet! But their system was screwed up, it said I was getting 50% off at 2for1 so 2 for $19.99 so what the heck, I was game. However after putting all my info in it thru in a 3 set that I couldn’t remove. It charged me $51.99 I immediately sent a email so they removed the extra $9.99 but not the extra 19.99! They are scammers!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Be prepared to be scammed! Product DOES NOT FOAM no matter how hard you shake it! It also does not work as advertised AND the rules of engagement hold them harmless all the way to the BANK (their bank)! You can’t sue them for non-performance either! Sweetheart of a deal for them!
