This company is a scam. Ordered the spray foam cleaner and it couldn't even clean the smallest of jobs. Then they charge me $39.95 as some kind of membership that I did not sign up for. Have tried to get my money back and you can't even get hold of them. Biggest scam company ever.

Product doesn't work as advertised!! Followed the directions and watched the "fizz" like a Alka Seltzer in the toilet. Didn't clean the bowl at all! Advertising is misleading! Don't waste your money! Doesn't remotely come close to cleaning!

Strange experience trying to purchase. I took the four bag deal. the order page kept sending me additional offer after offer. It wound up charging me for three times what I ordered. My card company Chime protected me by declining to process the order until I confirmed it. Wound up getting an order for two bags. Have not yet received conformation from Splash. I should have read the reviews first. I hope this stuff works.

I regret that I did not read the reviews before ordering over $50 worth of this product. I wanted to clean my oven and saw an add that this made cleaning almost effortless. I read the reviews the next morning and saw that they were all negative. I immediately emailed the company and requested that my order be cancelled. I got an immediate response which confirmed they got my request. Three days later I got an email that my order had shipped. I forwarded my original email to cancel to them. They offered to refund me half of what I paid or the option to return it after which they would refund my money, but would not give me a shipping label, so I would have to pay to return the package to them. I had to file a dispute with my bank. I would suggest that you DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Does not do what the company advertises. No foam, no cleaning action whatsoever. Did not touch ANY stain in my toilet. On their web-site they promise a refund if not 100% satisfied. After much obfuscation, delays and requests to confirm the info I had already provided, they have offered me a 50% refund and suggest I use the cleaner in my washing machine or dishwasher or as a scouring agent. Not acceptable! I will be filing a credit card dispute based on defective product and non compliance with their satisfaction guarantee. Update: Oct 25th. After telling them I was going to file a credit card dispute, they have "Made an exception" and will refund my purchase. less shipping cost. I am still struggling to reconcile my case being an "exception" when their website offers a 100% refund. Bottom line - do not deal with this outfit!

I only wanted 1 bag and the computer would not let me. Everytime I refused the additional bag(s) it would not let me only purchase one. I tried everything. And I was charged $77.00, when I only wanted 1! I ended up getting 4, when I only wanted 1, and it didn't even work that well! I am a senior citizen with a very fixed budget, and they charged me $77.00, which is way more than I wanted. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I am forwarding the bags to you immediately. Don't purchase from these scammers
