I’ve been trying for a month to get my money back. 30 Day return policy sucks! Product sucks! Company sucks! This is a scam people! There is no foam. This is nothing more than colored water. Don’t be duped like me. I am out the money, Info@splashfoamspray does not respond

This is a Total Scam Product does not work . They do not give you back all the money. If the package is open they dont refund or charge $8.95 to restock & then shipping. What is that all about They are not a USA Company ! My product came through LAX . Only out of the Country Products come through the Airport Stamp on the package . Some Agency should shut them down , not allowing them to sell to USA and making False Claims on their product

This spray did not clean even my mirrors and left huge streaky marks. I had to use alcohol to get it off. I have tried contacting the company for return and get only an automated reply. No answer on how to get my money back

I fell for a scam! This product does not work!! This company is awful! Emails wont even go thru for me to request a refund and of course no answer on the phone!

I would have given it a "0" if I could have. So I join the crowd. I got duped too. I should have checked them out. I ordered one bottle and viewed a charge to my bank of $67. No e mail contact, no working phone number, only an automated e mail response that responded. "Welcome customer". It's my fault. I should have read the reviews first. Now I got to try to get my bank to dispute the $67 charge.

It looks like from the reviews, we all experienced fraud in February. I paid through PAYPAL, and cancelled payment that same day, 2/12/24, that order, and all future orders from this company, as I saw my bill, and several items I had not ordered. I have all of my stop payment e-mails to/from PayPal. Two charges came through on my PayPal account which I am addressing, but the charges did make it onto my cc bill. Splash Foam called last night, and left a message, wanting my address, so they could ship. There is no one answering the calls, and was instructed to leave a message. I have been scammed. I am now awaiting my return call.

I ordered the splash foam spray then got the run around about having a credit and not the actual product. I then asked for a refund for 2 weeks straight and the received the product out of the blue. I figured since they sent the spray that I could go ahead and try it. It is the most worthless product I have ever used. I would have preferred the refund as I requested for 2 weeks.

This company is a scam. The products don’t work (not even a little teeny weenie bit). That’s bad enough. But they are overcharging, not sending what customers pay for, don’t respond even after 3 or more emails. I filed a BBB complaint and after months they finally came back and said they would refund my money. They never did. What a horrible company. All liars and thieves.
