The product does not work.

I would give ZERO stars, if I could. False advertising • This product DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY react to water and expand to completely cover the toilet bowl. IT DOESN’T FOAM AT ALL! Customer Service Representative said that I had the WRONG water in my toilet! • This product DOES NOT remove any stains, limescale, rust of any other nasty buildups. • This product DOES NOT leave a fresh scent by eliminating odor-causing bacteria. • This product IS NOT BACKED BY 30 DAY MONEY BACK QUARANTEE! Customer has to pay to send the product back to the company and also pay a restocking fee of $8.95. Customer satisfaction is NOT a concern of the customer service representative or this company. Twice I did exactly as the directions on the bag stated (put 2 FULL tablespoons of Splash Powder into toilet bowl and then waited 30 minutes to an hour for it to foam and clean the entire bowl. TOILET LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE IT DID BEFORE PUTTING THIS STUFF IN! Customer service representative said to try again putting 3 or 4 or more tablespoons and wait 30 minutes to an hour. So I put in 5 tablespoons of this STUFF waited an hour and STILL NO FOAM AND TOILET LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE IT DID BEFORE PUTTING THIS STUFF IN! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT; YOU WILL BE FLUSHING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET!!!

I got two bags. Very little foam if any. This product is just another rip off. I contacted the company to no avail I even scrubbed thinking that would help. I'm steal person not giving a false comment on this product. Maybe the product was 10 years old. Was hoping to get some type of refund but never could get a response. Can't remember when I got it but tried it the day it arrived. Very very disappointed.

The stuff is pure unadulterated crap. It didn’t foam and it didn’t clean. Pure junk. Now I wonder if it damaged our septic system.

I pride myself on spotting scams and avoiding bad products. Well, they got me. The video ad looked impressive, and if it worked even half as well as (special effects showed) appearances, it was worth a shot. Nope. The first giveaway was the hard up-sell attempts at checkout. The "you'll never get this kind of deal again!" warnings. Then, it was the week to 10 days it took to get to my house. Then, the moment of truth. It's actually laughable. Upon putting the stuff in, it barely foamed, and where it did foam, any product that didn't instantly dissolve was floating on top of the product. Okay. I'll wait the 30 minutes to an hour the directions say. Maybe it'll clean at least where the product dissolved. Nope. Flush. Toilet looks EXACTLY like it did before putting this stuff in. Don't waste your time, patience or money on this. Chinese scam company is my bet.

Didn’t work for me. Like using water. I want to return it. Wish I could find the link to return. Worthless purchase.

I was disappointed in Product and tried calling twice for returning products. Sent an email and received reply after 2 months. Since their response for return authorization was beyond their return policy I am extremely disappointed in their customer service.
