Product DOES NOT WORK as advertised, and company will not issue refunds if you've opened and used the product! So you'd lose even more money trying to get a refund by paying for shipping back, and they can just repackage the powder and sell it again. On their website, when trying to checkout, about 10 additional "sale" pages pop up, aggressively trying to confuse people into accidentally ordering more defective products from them. On BBB, they keep saying "you must have gotten a bad batch," or that "you have too soft of water," but if you look, they've been saying that for months, possibly years. I don't have soft water, the product is bad, not the batch. They know their products don't work, but are trying hard to get rid of their inventory. They won't even let you leave a review on their website, so the several "reviews" that are visible are probably fakes. Don't trust a company that can't even spell "apartment" correctly on their order form! Wish I could give zero stars.

You can help by selling a product that actually works. I've tried this soap splash on soap stains on my shower doors as well as the glass portion of my oven door. This product did absolutely nothing to clean either. I could've used water and be as effective as this product. What a waste of money, which I'd like to get a refund. How do I do that. Mark

OMG THIS PRODUCT IS A WASTE!!!!!! First of all when I went to order it, I got SO MANY offers to add on and pay more for this and that with splash... I refused all the "Extra Deals," thankfully because the product doesn't work at all!! Like 1 person said, "It Only Goes to the Water Line of the Toilet;" so true and thus it doesn't clean the hard water stains, calcium buildup or rust that is under the rim of the toilet. Advertisement claims it is safe, HA! Safe products don't include statements that say to wear eye protection and gloves and keep away from children and pets! Seriously wear eye protection!!!!! So angry that I spent a dime on this worthless crap!!

First, when ordering they made it impossible to refuse their extra offers so what I though I was ordering for $20 turned out to be a $50 purchase. Then when I got the product and read all the warnings on the product about wearing gloves, eye protection, and face protection I decided I did not want to use the product or have it associated with my kitchen. I wrote support to try and return and after a back and forth where they tried to convince me to keep it, they said if I return it I would have to pay shipping, a return processing fee of $8.95, plus a restocking fee. After all the time and hassle I will keep their horrible product, and throw it away!

I originally wanted to purchase the two pack of foaming cleaner they were advertising on Instagram but after trying to click off the multitude of up sales shoddy companies like this one love to do, I ended up with 9 bags of a completely useless toilet bowl cleaner and an out over a hundred dollars! This has got to be one of worst toilet cleaners out there. The minimal foam only goes to the water line and it doesn't even tickle any type of stain. I used to to for times the recommended amount and left it sitting overnight and it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I would recommend a really good toilet brush, some comet and a copious amount of elbow grease. This splashfoam stuff is a complete rip off. The only positive thing about Splashfoam is that it did arrive in a short time. I think it only took 4 days and it was here. The only thing quicker than their shipping, is the disappointment you'll have after seeing just how inadequate this product is! So now this morning I'm going to go long into PayPal and see if hopefully I can return this garbage and get my money back! DO NOT BUY SPLASHFOAM!!

I bought the toilet bowl cleaner. I followed instructions. The foam only went as far as the water line. It didn't clean the rust stains under the rim, nor the ring on the water line. I agree with the other reviewers. This is a total ripoff. It did nothing the promo shows.

I have been back and forth with Cecilia, their “customer service” rep re: a double pack that I was automatically sent/charged for when I only ordered one. They would not cancel the shipment even though I sent a request immediately after I was given a confirmation of the order. I’m sure this is an “error” in their system. There were literally like 10 popup screens upon checkout asking me to upgrade my single pack order. Then I receive the order and want to send the product back unused, unopened, for a partial refund since they charge a “restock” fee of 8.95 and also enforce customer paying return shipping even though I paid shipping in the beginning. I requested my RMA# per their policy only to get an email trying to convince me to keep the product. Requested the RMA again multiple times over the past two weeks and I see they are just delaying giving it to me so that I miss the 30 day “return” window. I will find as many websites to post this on so other people don’t get suckered into buying from this unethical business. SCAM! I’ve done a lot of online ordering over the years and have NEVER come across a business as bad as this one.
