Lost my order
Lost my order, responses slow and gift not arriving until after Xmas Probably would have not need sent at all had I not Sent e mail inquiring where my order was : )

Shipping is misleading
Would be nice if they add shipping timelines on your checkout page + provide options for expedited shipping. It is frustrating to order and not know when the product is ever shipping.

Love love LOVE these bath bombs. Bought them for myself, my best friend, and my mother-in-law. Will definitely continue to gift these and maybe buy some more for me!

Headache Remedy
First of all my order arrived before Christmas, which I really appreciate! I tried a little of the product last night and it smelled really good. I did originally purchase this product for someone who gets severe headaches. I hope it works. The jar is also in an attractive package.

Perfect gift for Covid19 nurse
The organic bathbombs were the perfect gift to pamper a Covid19 nurse. My only suggestion is that your website needs to offer an option to include a gift message so the recipient knows who the gift is from

As this is a gift
As this is a gift, I will not be using them - but they smell Amazing! I am so glad I ordered them. And, I was a little late deciding and tracking said they'd be arriving the day after Xmas - which was still only a week after ordering - but they came today! Three days earlier than expected- YEAH!
