I bought a case of bath bombs from Splashe because reviewers compared them to LUSH - whose bombs are all natural and package free, but fairly expensive. Pro: Incredibly potent in color and scent. Affordable. Shipped fast. Con: Despite being categorized under the eco section, these are individually wrapped in plastic, then placed in a box that’s also wrapped in plastic, then shipped in a box filled with bubble wrap. Also, then scent is overwhelming - I had to move the box into an unused room as the shipment itself smells like super strong laundry (which isn’t a bad smell, but it was a bit artificial and overwhelming).

The shipping looked like it wouldn’t make it in time for Christmas but it did and I was so happy to give the gifts I ordered! They were a huge hit. The organic bath bombs were fantastic for my niece and nephew! Excellent service!

Very bad customer service and I have bought something a week ago and nothing came I am never buying from here again. DONT BUY FROM HERE

I placed my order in plenty of timefor Christmas an still have not recei ved it on January 4th. While I realize this Christmas has been a difficult one, this is completely unacceptable. I have no idea where it is and to my knowledge have not received any notifications, only asked for rating.

Love the variety in brands offered. Saves on shipping compared to buying from each brands site.
