Easy, I applied online with all three loans I have had through them then it is a 5 minute phone call to verify my information and they walk you through how to sign the documents. Definitely will use again if needed

I thought I was going to receive the funds the same day and I didn’t. And then less than 5 minutes after signing, I called to cancel the loan & I got told I couldn’t cancel it.

We take customer service and satisfaction very seriously and we apologize that you had a negative experience with our company. On 01/12/24 your loan was approved and funds were instantly processed upon approval and sent to through the debit card provided. All customers in the state of Texas are eligible to cancel their loan without interest or fees within the first 3 days. But we don't have any records of a cancelation request. Please reach out at any point at 888-471-0223 and we would be happy to assist with any issues.
