Easy Communication
Easy Communication with the venue owner. The taxes amount to a lot of the cost, so definitely find out how much a venue is AFTER tax before picking your venue.

Everything was almost perfect
Everything was almost perfect. Sadly, because the ac wasn't working or strong enough (its summertime in nyc which is humid and hot), it wasn't a great experience. The space itself was great however, 30 guests sweating in a humid photography studio ruins the vibe and it ruined all our snacks and made them stale.

All great!
All great! The option to edit the booking (when the guests would like to change the date or the hours) without having to contactcustomer support would be nice. Also, it looks like uptading the availabilities in the calendar doesn't actually block the times that aren't available, and guest can still send a booking request for an non-available time. That'd be great if it greyed out the time and made it anavailable for booking. Other than that, good experience doing business with Splacer!

Hi Vincent, Thank you for your review! Space owners do have the ability to update the booking themselves without the need to contact us. All you need to do is select the 'update booking' button found on the messaging thread between yourself and the organizer! Best, The Splacer Team

Customer service phone number
I don’t have a big problem with spacer. I just wish they had a customer service Phone number so I can talk to a human being if I have any issues.
