I initially didn't receive my picture. I worked one on one with a young lady named Elena that insured a new print was sent out to me along with another canvas which was also great and went with my theme. I will definitely be purchasing from them again !!!

Hi Jamala, We are happy to hear you received your canvas. Somehow the first time your package was lost in transport. But we did resend your purchase and put an extra canvas in it to make it up to you. We always take responsibility and make sure our customers are happy. Glad to hear you are satisfied and hope to see you again!! Kindest wishes, Elena C.

My shipment took 2 months to receive and the reason was you wrote my phone number incorrectly, I had to follow up and call the post to get to know it was recieved in 3rd of March and I collected it on 28th is March

Dear Hani, We are so sorry your shipment took so long. Normally when a package arrives in a country the post office sends a little note to the customer with a notification. Somehow this did not happen in your case. Maybe it is because your post office works different than the rest of the world. We hope you are happy anyway with your purchase and we sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience the shipping delay may have caused. If there is anything else we can do to make you feel better about your experience with Spirylife please let us know. We are here to solve any issue and always take full responsibility of our actions. Best wishes, Elena C

Shipped overseas instead of Canada for some reason. Customer service was very good at getting the problem resolved. The lights were great although I’m not sure J would say they look 3D. Maybe I’m not standing far away enough. Good price. Happy with the purchase.

Would never buy from this website ordered a hockey player wall art with name and number on it and it only came with the number but was missing emailed them the sticker and email me back to send picture of what I’d got I did in the first email no name and when trying too put the number with players arm on half of it did not come off backing it was like trying to put a sticky jigsaw puzzle on wall so it went in bucket not even an apologies from company nothing waste of £40

I absolutely love the clock I purchased. I was a little sceptical when it arrived but once I put it on the wall.... I feel in love 😍 It’s beautiful! Easy to install. Arrived before scheduled date!
