Dear Hani, We are so sorry your shipment took so long. Normally when a package arrives in a country the post office sends a little note to the customer with a notification. Somehow this did not happen in your case. Maybe it is because your post office works different than the rest of the world. Hi Shawna, We are very sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. But we never answered you rudely or inappropriate, we just explained our shipping policy which is stated very clearly on our website AND we even announce it at the checkout page. We never try to hide the shipping time and as you said yourself we delivered within our time frame. The strange thing is you did not order a month before Vacation Bible school because than the order would have been on time. Like you said yourself... "I received it the night of the 21st day" and we all know a month has more than 21 days. You purchased Personalized Wall Stickers which can not be returned because they are custom made.and can not be reused. We are sorry you tell people to not order from us because we are a very honest company and always try to solve any issue. You got your order in good condition and we delivered as we promised.
