Poor site quality
Poor site quality. Pagan is the only religion I could choose from when I am Wiccian. Misleading in the name
Response from Spiritual SinglesAug 21, 2019
HI there, Since we don't get have that many Wiccans on the site, we decided to use the more broad, umbrella term of Pagan which refers to a number of earth-based faiths, including Wiccan. We certainly have no intention of being misleading, we just want to provide a wonderful venue for you to meet someone special. Hope this makes sense and you will consider changing your star rating, as we do have wonderful members!

There are unfortunately very few people using this site, and the fact that an app doesn’t exist makes things worse. I definitely regret paying for a membership.
Response from Spiritual SinglesAug 5, 2019
We actually have thousands of members using the site every day, and we do allow members like yourself to search the database as much as they like before upgrading, so there is no need to upgrade unless you see members you'd like to contact, especially since we allow non-subscribing members to READ and REPLY to messages sent from subscribing members. And, our site is mobile friendly which makes it very easy to use on your phone, even though we don't have an app... yet! We certainly hope you'll give it some more time, as our members are fantastic and we receive success stories almost daily! It works.

There's nobody on the site in my area so if I'm interested in meeting someone there usually in Australia I'm in Phoenix. I don't see where this works

Hi Scott, I just tweaked your Matchmaker Preferences and your Search filters a bit, as you had some limiting criteria there. Now you have pages of wonderful women in the US to view and see who might be a good match for you. You also have 2 messages from wonderful women that you need to respond to. Looks like you are actually off to a great start! Have fun and let us know when you meet someone special! And, please don't hesitate to contact our fabulous support team anytime. We are here to help! Not as I expect
do not subscribe, it is below all expectations, to be a paid service is shameful
Response from Spiritual SinglesJun 19, 2019
Ah, what a sad review. We allow members to see the entire database and search as much as they like before upgrading so there are never any surprises. We hope that you will give it some time and meet some of our amazing members!

lots of standard mailing
lots of standard mailing little activity and engagement
Response from Spiritual SinglesJun 5, 2019
We find that the activity and engagement is totally up to the members. If you have a good connection with someone, we encourage you to have a phone or video chat relatively soon, so you can meet in person if you both choose to. We have thousands of success stories, so just know that it's really up to you, as it does work.

Firstly
Firstly, I would recommend an app instead of having to go through the Internet. Secondly I would allow the search function to locate members by location.
Response from Spiritual SinglesMay 10, 2019
Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. The search function most definitely allows for searching my location. It's right in the top section. We are working on an APP. Hope you love everything else about the site. We do work very hard to provide a great venue.
