Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Glad you like our focus! :) We do work hard to keep the site free of these misguided people, however, some do get past our screening. Please use the "Report a Member" option when you come across a profile that you suspect and we will investigate and share our findings with you (and remove if indeed a scammer).

Hi there, Thanks for the review. We are always growing, but not necessarily in every city. Your soulmate may live in a different area than you, so we always encourage our members to be open-minded to meeting someone who doesn't live in the same area. Many of our success stories start out as long-distance. Since we are a niche dating site, we tend to have quality over quantity, and you can be sure that other members have the same values and life focus as you!

HI Marji, Thanks for your review. You might want to try expanding some of your search and/or matchmaking filters to see more members in your area, and many of our Success Stories start off being long-distance until one moves to the other's location. Being a niche dating site we have hundreds of thousands of members, not millions, so there are fewer to choose from, but the caliber is very high (and it only takes one, right?). We wish you the best.

Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback! I just came across your review while looking through some older ones, and I wanted to follow up. We do offer a feature allowing members to search specifically for those interested in their age range. By opening the top section of the search filters, you'll see the option: "Only show those interested in my age range." While I'm not sure exactly when we added this feature, I know it's been available for several years. Hopefully, you've had a chance to use it, but if not, it's there now. We truly appreciate your input, as member feedback has driven many of our upgrades and improvements over the years. Thank you again, and we’d love if you'd consider updating your review to reflect your current experience. In-JOY!

Thank you for your review. Yes, we do have a lot of success stories that start off being long-distance, as many members are willing to re-locate. In many areas we do have large concentrations of members, so it's definitely possible to meet someone locally, depending on where you live. Being a niche dating site, we have fewer members than the large, mainstream sites.

Our support team is always here for you if you need some guidance. Please shoot them an email at: [email protected]. We don't limit who can contact you, but do give you 100% control over who you see in your searches and matches, and we recommend being pro-active and contacting those with whom you are interested. We also encourage members to be open-minded about meeting someone who lives outside of their location, as many of our success stories start out this way.
