Hi Maximilian, Thanks for your feedback. I see you live in Germany, which you are right, we don't have a ton of members there. We do in the UK though, as we focus much marketing in the UK, just FYI. Our design is a bit more old school intentionally, as we like the members to be in control of what they want. We don't use AI, as we are weary of it and we value our members' privacy, unlike most sites. Our astrology compatibility is only based on a few planets that can be known from one's birthday, as we don't ask for time and location of birth when members join (privacy reasons). It's more of a general idea to help people know the basics. You are correct, if you really want to know details, then it's best to do a full compatibility with time and location of birth. Our Match Questions are designed to go in depth and really get into some great compatibility. We recommend answering lots so you can compare how other members answered those that are most important to you. Hi Isabell, Thank you for your review. We do a great deal of marketing in the UK, Australia and Canada and therefore have a large database of members in those particular areas (in addition to the USA). You might have something else in your Matchmaker Preferences or Search filters that is limited your Matches and/or Search Results. Feel free to contact our support team at: [email protected] and they can check your filters and give you some suggestions so you get more results and therefore more connections worldwide.

Hi Amy, As of next week we are launching our new background checks! A background check will be optional, and members will choose to purchase a background check for a nominal fee. We are excited about this as it will confirm that someone is authentic and has no criminal history. We have a bunch of scammer checks in place and we work really hard to keep the site free of these misguided people, however, some do get through. Usually we catch them quickly though. Please use the "Report a Member" feature (as you have before, we appreciate that) if you come across any more. My team investigates each member report and takes the appropriate action. Let us know when you meet your special someone.

Hi Kerri, Thanks for your review! We do work really hard to keep the site free of scammers, but some do get past all of our screening. The "Report a Member" option allows members to report them and we investigate and delete them quickly! AND, it's great synchronicity that you would suggest verification, as we are about to launch background checks that will do that and more! We plan to launch the new background checks next week, so stay tuned. I'm excited about it and I appreciate hearing that it is something that you agree would be valuable.
