We suggest expanding your search and/or Match filters if you are not seeing enough matches in your area. If you need help with this, please contact our support team: [email protected]. We have thousands of new members join each month and we do clean our database periodically, however, if you contact someone who has not been on for several months, usually they will log back in to respond, so don't let that dismay you. We also do everything possible to keep scammers off the site, but a few get past our screening, so we appreciate when members use the "Report a Member" feature to let us know, so we can get rid of them. We also receive new success stories each week, so if definitely works for many. We hope you'll give it some time, as our members are wonderful.

We work really hard to keep our site free of scammers, but some still get past all of our screening. We appreciate when members use the "Report Member" feature to let us know when a profile is suspect. We recommend being pro-active and contacting those you feel a connection with (rather than waiting to see who contacts you), especially as a subscribing member. Wow, this is not something that we normally hear from members (men or women). It's a shame you are experiencing this. People do communicate, meet and marry through Spiritual Singles all the time. Hope you give it some more time and have a better experience!

Hi Linda, We actually make canceling quite easy. All you need to do is go to the ACCOUNT page and click "ACTIVE" next to "Subscription Info". On that page you will see your next auto-renewal date and have the option of canceling your subscription with one click. Once you cancel, you will still retain subscribing status through the end of your pre-paid time. We have these instructions on the UPGRADE page, in your subscription confirmation email and on our Help page (and we think it's pretty logical to put it on the Account page). Hope this helps and shows you that we do make it easy to cancel. In-joy your membership and let us know when you meet someone special.

Hi David, Sorry that it doesn't feel like a good fit for you. Maybe you will still find someone that is a great match. We have quite a bit of diversity in the members. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, go to your ACCOUNT page and click "Active" next to Subscription Info. You will see the renewal date there. And, you can cancel your subscription now, and still retain subscribing status through the end of your time frame. You won't lose any time by canceling now, and it won't renew. The search is set up to be very easy. You can change any filters you like in the left column and the search results will refresh instantly with the new filters. Open profiles, learn about members, contact those you are interested in. If you would like some help with that, by all means, contact our fabulous support team: [email protected]. Hope you'll give it some time and energy, as we do have great members, many who are very grounded and genuine.

Hi Charles, Sorry that you are not a fan of all of the compatibility features. We have created them to help members find the best possible match and most members love all of the options, but of course, if difficult to make everyone happy, as we are all unique. If you'd like to save a profile as a "Favorite" that's the best way to save someone, then you can go to your Favorites and view it anytime. For our members' privacy, we don't make it easy to copy a profile to paste in an outside file. The height range was done 19 years ago and we did it that way to encourage members to be less focused on physical appearance to more on substance. Chemistry comes in all shapes and sizes. :) We have thousands of new members join each month, more women than men... We certainly hope you will continue to use the site, as a paid member or a free member. As a free member you can still do quite a bit, including saving favorites, indicating interest and sending free "hellos" (pre-written messages). AND, you can also read and reply to personally written messages sent from subscribing (paying) members. The key is to be pro-active while your subscription is active and contact those you'd like to meet. Have fun and let us know when you meet someone special. ;)
