The produce arrived on time but the sizing was WAY off. Ordered the small for my 4 foot 10 inch daughter. The sweats reached her armpits. Good thing Mom needed some new sweatpants.

We're sorry the pants didn't fit. We don't take returns since everything is printed on demand, but we can offer a new size at a discount. If interested, please email our customer service team for assistance: [email protected].

Pricing was great, quality was mediocre. One shirt had the logo start to come off after being washed and dried one time. One item came in the incorrect size but customer service was great and replaced the item very quickly. Overall a good experience, just a little bit better quality control would be a nice improvement.

Was initially sent the wrong order. Contacted customer service via email, which was acknowledged within a day. Was advised the correct order would be sent and about a week later received the correct order. While a little frustrating to initially receive the wrong order, the follow up to getting the right order was fantastic. Customer Service was great...!

Website was user friendly and logo options were varied and a nice amount of choices. Price was affordable. The neck hole and waist hole are not as stretchy as I prefer but sweatshirt is decent quality.

the shirts are to long. Great if you tuck the shirt in but I like to wear it out and it is just too long.

Great high quality product. Wasn't available in my size (XL) so I had to buy a size larger.
