I bought a $50 zip up which was too small and they wouldn't exchange it for a bigger size. So unprofessional. They deserve 0 stars.

My shirt was way too short and the material of the shirt was uncomfortable. The material was itchy, not smooth and comfortable. I tried to get a refund and they don’t offer refunds. I’ll never buy from the Spirit Shop again.

Quality is awful at best. The Under Armour 1/4 zip is the worst quality I have ever seen. You hold it up and you can see right through it. They aren't worth 10 bucks let alone what I paid for them. BEWARE !!

Incorrect items were shipped. When I wrote to customer service they tried to tell me that is what I ordered and that if I want to replace the items they will give ma a discount on the new items not a replacement for the correct ordered items. Will never recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service

This is a scam. Do not sign up for services with this company. They lied about what services we were signing up for and pretended to be the school fundraising when this is a 3rd party, collecting a ridiculous amount of money and providing very little to the school. They continue to bill me after requesting a cancellation immediately upon realizing what was going on. If you want to donate to the school, do it directly.

BE AWARE of ordering merchandise from this company. The Quality is horrible & the sizes are way too small. I ordered a few UnderArmour shirts thinking it would be better.quality, however the shirts are super thin & you can see your hand from the inside. I have 50 UnderArmour shirts & these from Spirit Shop are by far disappointing! There are plenty of print shops out there, be sure to do your research prior to buying from Spirit Shop! NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES = No Customers = OUT OF Business…….

I ordered a football jersey from Spirit Shop. They were supposed to place my last name on the back of the shirt where a name would normally go on a football jersey. However, they affixed my last name in the middle of my back where the jersey number belongs. It looks absolutely ridiculous. Apparently no one at spirit shop has ever seen a real football jersey before because they argued with me that they had placed it in the right position. If you don't even know what a football jersey is supposed to look like, you have no business selling sportswear.

I was searching for my son’s school uniform shop and Spirit Shop appeared. I thought they were affiliated with the school. They were not. They do not offer refunds or exchanges. The sizing is off and not true to size. The XL is more XXXL. I will not shop here again.
