Spirit ShopReviews of spiritshop.com

I ordered different sizes (medium, large and X-Large). When I hold the shirts up to each other- they are all huge. They match up with the X-Large size even though they are labeled as medium and large. Lot of money for too big shirts.

The women’s large must be sized for oriental women. It fit my sister, who is about 115 pounds, great! I have emailed twice, as that is the only source of contact, and have not received a response. I really like the product, EXTREMELY disappointed with their customer service.

Website shows accurate school colors, print came out totally washed out. I reached out to customer service, was told they'd send a replacement, then several days later was told the print was good and they wouldn't be sending a replacement. The print wasn't good, I showed pics of how it wasn't the right color (which matters with school colors) and there response was basically pound sand, so I'll review the product EVERYWHERE so nobody else wastes their money and when I head back in to school to get ready to start the year, I'll be sending out a mass email to everyone to avoid the company. Edit in Response to Spiritshop response: I've already done that, which is mentioned in the review, so please stop copying and pasting generic responses to people that aren't relevant.

Product is poor quality, thin and a total waste of money. Customer service basically told me to go kick rocks

I placed an Order for a Coaching staff and their wives , I got an email from them telling me that Half my order had been cancelled due to out of stock and discontinued items , I wanted to cancel the entire order so I cold reorder so everything matched and was told they don't do that , so out of 3 Coaches only one received his gift and only 2 of the wives received theirs , extremely unprofessional business practice

poor customer service, completely out of touch with business practices in 2024.

The hat is more like a youth size. And the patch is not sewed on, its glued instead. I know because its already coming off.

These place is awful. Order elsewhere. They do NOT care about the customer one bit. Apparently the whole company is run by computers and not a single human has any control over the orders. Order at risk because if there are any issues…their “customer service” will not be able to help you. I will NOT order order from this place again!
