Order was correct, delivered on time and very good quality merchandise.

The order shipped so fast. Like the very next day fast and for a custom order, that's impressive. The print and colors and all were great but the artic fleece blanket isn't snuggly or soft and I don't know how much use it will get. It's pretty to look at, and I like that I could design it myself but not the ideal wrap up and watch TV material.

The process went well, took a bit more time than I thought, though understandable do to ordering an item with personalized information. The sweat shirts were great and the bb hats good. It would be helpful to describe the back attachment design on the hats, though overall pleased with purchase.

I ordered it for my granddaughters birthday. Did not know it was a man's and it fits my husband who normally wears a 2x. I reordered a med. Wimens this time but am worried if may be too large for my granddaughter. I should have ordered a small. That hasn't shipped yet.

Ordered a hoodie with a logo and received it within 4-5 days. However there was an error printed on the hoodie, I emailed customer support and got a response within a few hours. They sent me a new hoodie at no charge and with no errors and I received it 4 days later. Overall shipping was extremely fast,communication with the company was easy, and they fixed the problem in a timely manner.Hoodie is also good quality and soft inside .Would give 5 stars if not for the errors on first hoodie.
