I'm very happy with the jacket. Just wish you could have embroidered the school name. I would have been happy to pay more for it.

Almost 5 stars only because the coupons and individual prices for bulk order were confusing. Other than that, delivery was very fast as it only took 2 weeks

I placed an order for a few items to support my daughter's softball team and unknowingly, chose navy thinking it was black. Customer service did a great job answering my questions. Obviously they couldn't offer a refund because it's a custom item but they offered a discount if I would like to reorder. Everything arrived quickly and each item is good quality.

Ordered two sweatshirts; arrived quickly. One sweatshirt was for Bentley, which apparently is no longer Bentley "College" but now Bentley "University". Bought as a Christmas gift, clearly not going to work. Need to update your website.
