I ordered a track specific shirt for my son and it came with the school name and year, but it did not have "TRACK AND FIELD" under it. If i order another track shirt I am spending more than what i would with the school. Hoping it was just a small mistake. I will say that when I reviewed it, it was not on there, but i assumed it would be on the final outcome since I chose the track symbol.

The clothing material is good even though it is a bit overpriced, but the customer service is horrible. I submitted an order, then I messaged customer support minutes after to ask if I could add one more item to my order because I forgot to add it to my cart. Nobody answered me, so after a second email I got a response saying they were unable to do so. I then asked them for a free shipping code and they said no and did not offer anything else. Update: the letters on the hoodie are already peeling off and it just arrived.

Your sizing runs extremely small and the quality of your items was very poor!

Plus que déçue 2 commandes pour plus de 400€ et 2 stylos en cadeaux et manque un pendule !! Mauvaise foi assurée

I received the shirt but it was the wrong color.

Tout d'abord on ne reçoit aucun mail concernant l'envoi du colis ! Pas davantage un mail avec la date d'expédition ! De plus ils ne se pressent pas pour l'envoi non plus ! 7 jours d'attente sans aucun mail de leur part. Et enfin aucune facture avec le colis, et le plus édifiant ::: ils envoient des instruments électroniques fragiles dans une simple enveloppe à bulles ! Vraiment ils sont pas pro ! Et évidemment si vous devez retourner le produit RIEN POUR LES JOINDRE DE FAÇON SÛRE, AUCUNNUMETO TÉLÉPHONE ! ENTREPRISE A FUIR PAS5SERIEUSE
