The first time I ordered everything arrived and it smells lovely. I placed another order for christmas gifts, but the tracking showed it just going back to them. I had to keep chasing for a refund which I got. I decided to order again,I do love their Witch body sprays, and again, the parcel went around in circles for ages. One item arrived in the end so hd to chase and chase for the rest of my order. They were quick to reply, but it was just so disappointing having to keep chasing. Sadly I shant order again, which is a shame,

Very recently I tried to purchase some perfume from this company. When it came to the order the drop down menu did not have Ireland on it. I tried the "Republic of Ireland" and "Eire" but they did not have that either. What is going on here?

I bought some mugs there and all are solid and tough, but color is littler change otherwise fine

I ordered soap, lotion, candles and a necklace for my mother and they sent her CAR WAX. So pissed. Overwhelmed by holiday orders maybe but still- sloppy and made a bad Yule gift. *Update* They did apologize and eventually send my mom what I ordered. Not going to order from them again but they DID make it right. Upgrading from 1 star to 3.
