I played a lot and won a lot on this game so at first I did enjoy it, until I won $661 and it disappeared after the win only rewarding me $25 in the end! I reached out to customer support and for WEEKS they spun me around basically saying “unless you have a screenshot we can’t help you.” Who takes screenshots of every win?! They should be recording these spins or something to go back and look just in case! Basically they offered me no type of compensation for the foolery they played on me and just said OH WELL! So BEWARE OF THE SCAM THEY ARE RUNNING!!! Real Casinos DONT DO THIS! UPDATE: I contacted support multiple times and they keep saying unless I have a screenshot of the win there’s nothing they can do. I give up playing these online gambling sites, I’ll take my chances at the regular ol casino! DEFINITELY THE SAME PLATFORM WHEN I PUT MONEY TO PLAY IT SAYS SPIN SORCERY.

I signed up august 2024y first redemption was 1033.00 I withdrawal 950 ok with the remaining funds I won another 850 did a redeem request for both of the both in August 08/ 2024 today is 02/03/2025 and I still have not got my redemption! I've emailed called over 1000xs times as of 3 weeks ago I started getting emails stating that their payment partners have denied my request due to inconsistencies! Email support in game for more options, which I have and don't get a response what so ever! Congratulations to those that have received their money cause I have not received mines and I spent my money playing this game! I play other spin sorcery apps and I have cashed out just fine I think it's certain games and I'm telling u now beware of Gleaming casino that's the game that didn't pay me! SpinSorcery.net is a scam. I requested a redemption on January 10, 2025 and now it's February 27, 2025 and I have yet to receive my redemption. I've sent several emails, for which their response is that I'm emailing the incorrect email channel and to locate on my own the correct email channel to email to. I go to their site and find out that they only have one email channel for ALL inquires whether it be game inquiry or redemption inquiry so it's a scam. They basically have me turning in circles with back and forth misinformation. Also, when I initially requested my redemption from them there is personal bank information that most legitimate sites ask for to deposit your redemption into, which I naturally gave them. I say this to report that there have been 2 Google Play charges on my credit card, which I do not recognize. My advice if you're reading this email is: DO NOT PLAY ON THEIR SITE!!!! From my experience IT'S A SCAM!!!! If I could give them a zero review I would. My advice to SpinSorcery.net: "Stop scamming gamers to make money and just be an honest and reputable company that people can trust. Redeem what gamers are rightfully due."

Worst social casino ever. Zero mentions of RTP or volatility on any of the games. I get that on some sites some games don't have it, but none of the games have it here and it's ridiculous. They lure you with very high bonus SC packages but good luck getting any sort of return on that. No wonder they have money to plaster ads all over my Facebook and Instagram if they pay out so little. The ads are very misleading in that they suggest unrealistically high RTP (like tens of dollars per fraction of an SC spin), but I guess that was a red flag I should've noticed before signing up. And another reason why you shouldn't go here: they also have a very limited amount of game providers and game selection. Most of the providers and games that they do have are very mediocre with poor quality graphics and animations. Another red flag was that they accept PayPal (the "seller name" was Shanxi Xuqipei Network Technology Co) which virtually no other social casino accepts. They got me for a few dollars, but I'm actually very glad that they gave me these signs before I had the chance to lose thousands here. Gotta love how all the five star reviews also give five star reviews to other social casinos that are probably owned by them... One even mentions it's "not a bot", sure you're not lol
