Bad bad bad
Editing this review to reflect how I actually feel about this casino. The actual most inept, unhelpful support I have ever seen from a sweepstakes casino. Will not follow their own policies and procedures. Horrible selection of providers. Really a terrible place overall

Never got my winnings/ ignored by customer service
UPDATE******I had written a complaint about not being paid my winnings and yesterday, I realized the payment was sent to an old Paypal account I forgot I had. I apologize for saying I wasn't paid. However, I did ask several times for this company to provide me with payment information and I never got a response. I was paid in December and just saw it yesterday, March 5. This miscommunication caused a lot of grief and anger. It could have been avoided if I was just provided with the statement letting me know where the money was sent. UPDATE**** was told by Spinsorcery company to check my messages and I'd find instructions on how to proceed...shocker...NO MESSAGES. Honestly I've wasted so much time with this it's pissing me off.... Not to mention their message board is in the smallest font!!!! I have to take a screenshot to read it.... I gave them my email to contact me there....lets see how many more weeks go by.... Attempted to redeem my $299.00 winnings on December 2024. NEVER GOT IT. I sent several messages to customer service and they're IGNORED. I even provided them screenshots of them acknowledging my redemption and letting me know its on the way....Where's my money?????

Non existent customer service
They do not reply to any form of communication. I have asked them via chat and email many times begging them to close my account. Not one response. Customer service is non existent which is a big red flag. I would use high caution playing here.

2 weeks and still no money
2 weeks and still no money. Got email saying would be in my account in 5 to 7 days and nothing. Write every day to them and still nothing. This reply means nothing. I sent them their proof of saying was going in my account. We will see what happens next Spino's sorcery says I have wrong platform and will help me. We shall see I have tried to speak with customer support and I give the info and no one answers me after I give it to them. I want the correct place that I played given to me in spin sorcery reply. They can email me at my email address that I have written to them many times Ok now a day later and no contact from them another day and no response. 3rd day and still no response from spinscorery even though they said they would be glad to help. They are not going to pay. DO NOTPLAY on their site. Scam won't tell what game I was playing So now they say different t platform so why can't they tell what it is from screen shot of redemption they said I would get ok they say wrong company but it is their site and just don't want to pay out Giving up they keep saying affiliated with another game when there is no doubt it is them. SCAM

It seems you may have played on a different platform with a similar name. Unfortunately, we do not have access to other platforms’ systems, so we are unable to provide the correct contact for your issue.
