It is not. Letting me verify my account after putting money on so that I can do it with draw. And they told me to reach out to the verification site that they use.Nobody is responding and I can't find anything. On mine about the verification site that they're using, so it seems fake.So I'll never be able to withdraw after depositing. Also. It is very sketchy that they tell you to add a shortcut to your Home Screen. But when you do, it takes you to a poker. That is nothing like spin.Sorcery.

Toal garbage! Do not play here. I purchased a package and they screwed me out of my free add ons. False advertisement! And when I contacted customer service about this they would not respond. They have very few games. And the games are out dated. Do not play here! This site needs to get shut down

I won money and tried to cash out. This would have been my 3rd and 4th cash out. They declined the redemption and said there were inconsistencies with my PayPal account even though it went through perfectly. Tried contacting in game support with no answer and also tried email only to receive a response that stated email support was only for log in issues.

When its time for the less then 24 hour redemption which is not true there is no way of contacting anybody and it ask for you to upload info that you already submitted dor the account to get started period they are scamming

They will not let me verify my account so that I can redeem money. I deposited a multiple times and won multiple times. But every time I go to redeem it says my account is not verified. But when I contact customer support no one messages me back!! I don’t know what to do.

They will not let me verify my account so that I can redeem money. I deposited a couple times and when I go to withdrawal it tells me I need to set up and verify my wallet and I try to and it won't let me it just tells me unfortunately it is not worked I have some screenshots and I really think something should be done cuz that is ridiculous.

I’ve been playing for quite a while everything has been running smooth til I got hacked on my bank and I reported a fraud alert to my bank so therefore they blocked everything including the game so now I’m currently restricted til I contact customer service which I have been doing for almost a week and not one single answer from them til now I’ve tried going on someone else’s page to try and reach out to no success so what do I have to do in order for me to get my account up and running and be able to redeem my money ..://

I won two different amounts and it clearly shows the winning bit says they are working on the redemption request and they have a lot in the queue but I then put in a redemption for a dollar and they cashed that out just not my big win. They owe me over 10,000 and will not pay me. I spent a bit to get this. What to do. This shows spin Sorcery as they payer company. Please help
