I wouldn’t give you no stars this is nothing but a scam 1st you say my bank declined transaction now your partners declined it. Then you say reach out to support that don’t respond to emails. Y’all are full of shit.

They won’t let me pay out I been contacting them over 5 days no response & keep canceling my redemption

Total scam I made a purchase and was playing I was in the middle of 16 bonus spins about halfway through and had already won $8 I was only betting 10c. I closed my browser bc I was driving normally this is fine and u start where u left off once you reopen. Well I try to do they I’m prompted to login then a messsge saying account is blocked bc I’m in an excluded location? Wtf im in Buffalo ny just like I was when I made the purchase. I want my money back or account restored. Total scam

They are horrible. I play on 3 different apps. I created the account with the same info it went through fine when I purchased to play. Then I tried to redeem they denied it they because I violated their policy to create multiple accounts. I look at my bank statement the charges showed 3 different names but was all grouped under spin sorcery. I've sent them many messages they won't reply! I'm trying to dispute it with my bank!

This is super scammy……there is a minimum of $100 sc which is nearly impossible. Don’t bother.

March 25 2025. When i submitted a request for withdrawal. I tried Spinscorcerys ACH transfer knowing that it will ask me. Which bank will they send the money, But it didn't. And there's no detail to see where it was wired. There's no option to cancel it either. So I'll be trying to call them. Do you have it canceled? But I cannot get ahold of no one. Did I receive an email regarding the transfer was successful last march 28. And there it was written the last 4 digit of my closed bank account. And how can it be transfered successfully if the account is closed. The bank will reject it or the transfer will fail. Trying to contact them again, but every answer you have to wait like 30 minutes. Then when I ask about my withdrawal. They stop answering. I don't know what to do the get my $109 front Spinscorcery. Spinscorcery please settle this.
